How I Lost 2 Kilograms in 2 Weeks
15 days after sticking a paper on my wall
It all started with a dream. A dream that one day I will have abs. This dream turned into a piece of paper crudely stuck on my bedroom wall followed by a haphazard workout routine.
For 15 days, I have stuck to the routine and recorded my progress to see how my body and life would change. The journey was hard and full of pitfalls — there were even times when I thought I would break, assaulted by muscle aches and sometimes swearing “for god’s sake!” But, seeing the results makes it worth all the pain.

The Paper on the Wall
As you can see, the list hasn’t lost its modern minimalist design with a hint of rustic industrial flavor. But, it is the numbers that matter. They record the date, the number of squats and pushups, and the time spent in the plank position alongside my measured weight for the day.
